He is survived by: his sons, Mike Garrard of La Grande, OR and Rod Girrard (Patti) of La Grande, OR; his grandchildren, Katie Wright (Brad), Rob Garrard, Jamie Garrard, Logan Girrard and Hilary Dibble (Brian); and his brothers, Bob and Steve Girrard.
