It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Francis Russell of La Grande, Oregon, born in Burbank, California, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Russell and Opal Russell; his brother Fred Russell; and his son Jesse Russell. He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Russell Jr., Dennis Russell, Margorie Goecks, Linda Radtke and Janice Salinas; his former wife Vickie Cuff; his daughters, Misty Johnson and Crystal Daggett; his spouse Shannon Nickens; his stepchildren, Trenton Dickerson and Hannah Dickerson; and his son Skyler Russell (Louis).
