With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Inski Howard E. Quan Yu (La Grande, Oregon), who passed away on March 22, 2020 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Lim Yu and Benita E. Quan; and his brother Raphie Yu. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Hatch of La Grande, OR; and his siblings, Carol Lacandula (Noel) of Newark, CA and Raymund Yu (Dang) of Greater Manila, Philippines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking memorial gifts be directed to the Human Rights Campaign.
