He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Simonis and May Simonis (Miller); and his brothers, Ernest, James and George.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Bailey of Burley; his sons, Ron (Cindy) of La and Rick of La; and his granddaughter Karen (Robert) of Longview, WA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
