He is survived by: his children, Jeff Neer (Brenda) of Keizer, OR and Sheila Romine of La Grande; his siblings, Grace Butler of La Grande, OR, Mary Sowards of Moore, ID and Frank (Cleona) of Hermiston, OR; his grandchildren, Jo Neer, Nichole Hooten, Craig Romine, Justin Neer and Sara Sword; and his friends, David Yeargs, Robert Bull and Roger Cochran. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren with 2 on the way and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the La Grande Senior Center (1504 N Albany, La Grande, OR 97850).
