He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvill and Afreda Harvill (Moses); and his son Darin Burcham. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Marr; his children, Tessa Harvill of Walla Walla, WA, Dawn Ray Harvill of Benton City, WA, Dondi Bell of Umatilla, OR, Tresi Kohl of Union, OR, Marta Poulson of Pendleton, OR, Jamie Hicks of La Grande, OR and Amy Rolf of La Grande, OR; and his siblings, Delphi Buwalda of Halfway, OR and Amy Martin of Stanfield, OR. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
