He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Inez Kellar (Sheets); his children, Ronald Kellar (Kim) of Wasilla, AK, Connie Kellar of Portland, OR and Chris McClanahan of La Grande, OR; his brother Glen Kellar (Barb) of Lincoln City, OR; and his grandchildren, Shawn Kerr, Latasha Henry Kerr, Travis Kellar, Haley Guerts, Hannah Avelsgard, Joseph McClanahan, Chystal Zaplishny and Jason Crawford.
