It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvin Arthur Williams of La Grande, Oregon, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Sr. Williams and Viva Williams (Higgins); his wife Phyllis Marie Young; and his grandson Cody Williams. He is survived by: his children, Elvin Williams, Jr. (Lynn) of Spring, TX, Cathy Dietz (Neal) of Sunrise, FL and David Williams of La Grande; and his siblings, Tim Williams of Basin, MT, Terry Williams (Theresa) of Sand Point, ID and Tammy Williams Bartos (Bruce) of Granberry, TX. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
