Dwain Spooner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwain Spooner (La Grande, Oregon), born in Forest Grove, Oregon, who passed away on July 1, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dwain may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dwain touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Spooner and Bernice Spooner; his sister Joan Friese; and his sons, Dustin (Dusty) and Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughter Diana Bennett (Larry); and his grandchildren, Meagan Paterno (Spencer) and Christian Bennett (Marie).
