He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Zander and Cornelia Zander (Overberg); his son Dennis Lowell Zander; and his brothers, LuVern, Marvin and Jack Zander.
He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Gay Zander; his wife Alma Gay Puckett; his sisters, Connie German and Janice Bayliss (Larry); and his brothers-in-law, Ray Puckett and Jim Puckett. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
