He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wilcot Dodson and Violet Louise Parker Dodson; his brother Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Dodson and Jim Swanson.
He is survived by: his spouse Jessie Ruth Swanson; his daughters, Sandra Richelderfer (Dick), Cheryl Martin and Janet Dodson (Phil Rathbun); his grandchildren, Kelsey Hanning (Josh), Sarah Anderson (Wes), Cody Richelderfer, Molly Hasselblad (Stefan), Andrew Martin (Marny), Casey Martin (Heidi), Sam Martin (Kelly) and Riley Martin (Lacey); his sister Joy Harrod (Howard); and his brother-in-law George Swanson. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, eight nephews and two nieces.
