He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Hallmark and La Rena Hallmark (Palmer); and his grandparents, Otis, Laurine Palmer and William Hallmark (Pop).

He is survived by: his wife Vicky Hallmark; his daughters, Dawn Koch (Ben) of Prosser, WA and Brenda Hallmark of Cove, OR; and his sister Nadine Stensgaard of La Grande, OR. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and 7 nieces and nephews.
