He is survived by: his wife Linda McGrane; his sons, Daniel Newton of La Grande, OR and Tyler Newton of La Grande, OR; and his brothers, Tommy Newton (Gloria) of Fresno, CA and Robert Newton (Mary) of Elgin, OR. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
