He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Proffitt and Rosaleen Proffitt (Troyer) of Colton; his son Ryan Proffitt (Tabitha) of Estacada; his grandchildren, Peyton and Deagan; his siblings, Alan Proffitt of Sandy and Carol Knopp of La; and his aunts, Beverly Hartell of Klamath Falls and Colleen Matthews of La Grande. He was also cherished by his grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
