He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Lee and Melanie Ann Insko (Beverage); his wife Lacey Insko; his son Bryler; his stepchildren, Paytyn, Isaiah, Cali and Oaklee; his siblings, Isaac, Noah and Ella Insko; his grandparents, Mark, Donna Beverage and Beth Insko; his great-grandparents, Mike and Lois Devore; and also Camryne Sandoval.
