We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2018, at the age of 53, Kevin Smalley (Klamath Falls, Oregon) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald Smalley and Betty Smalley; his siblings, Kenneth Smalley, John Smalley and Judy Smalley Hubkey; and his sibling-in-law John Hubkey of Klamath Falls. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great-nephews and great nieces.
