He is survived by: his sons, James, Rob and Jon; his wife Linda; his daughters-in-law, Jim, Cathy, Rob, Kelsey and Jon; his grandchildren, Rachel Cook, Jacob Cook, Dustin Cook (Tonisha), Dakota Cook (Jennifer), D'Anna Cook, Devon Cook, Jeremiah Cook and Ty Cook; his sister Lucinda Utter; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Plunkett, Denise Alaniz (Ed), Barb Rupert-Yates (Ran) and Jim Rupert (Jana). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
