He is survived by: his wife Marian of Klamath Falls; his children, James Banes of Lebanon, Allison Ward, Matt Ward of Central Point, Matt LaRose, Brittany LaRose of Soddy-Daisy, Sarah and Hawkins of Klamath Falls; his stepmother Ken Banes of Klamath Falls; his father-in-law Ralph Dauster Jr. of Klamath Falls; his siblings, Robert Banes of Moran, David Banes of Moran and Shannon Whalan of Moran; and also Paulette Banes of Klamath Falls. He is also survived by six grandchildren; father.
