She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillian Mingo and Joseph Mingo; her husband Gary Rutledge of Milwaukie, Oregon; her children, Don Rutledge (Vicki) of Molalla, Oregon, Carol Boyd (Tim) of Vancouver and Virginia Bambach (Mark) of Lebanon, Oregon; and her sisters, Marlene Nelson of Milwaukie and Jolene Barker of Kenmore, Washington. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
