She is survived by: her stepfather Don Boltz; her daughter Mikayla; her stepchildren, Andrew (Kelly) and Annie (Manny); her siblings, Cindy (Tom), Laurie (George), Joe (Cindy) and Kathy (Vince); her stepbrother Ted (Chelsea); her nephew Jerry; and her nieces, Jamie (Chris), Christina (Jake), Brittany, Audrey, Danielle, Theresa and Jennifer. She is also survived by partner, mother, sister and aunt.
