He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Ruth Marshall and Patricia Ruth Hull; his children, Danny Lee and Jeffrey David Hull; his sisters, Pat Miller and Judy McGill; his friends, Vern Wonser and Louis Holzgang; and also, Eleanor Hull and Marvin Morey. He is also survived by his second wife and sons.
