With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Francis of Keizer, Oregon, born in Dallas, Oregon, who passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Francis and Rouleigh Francis; and his sisters, Kathy Hammer, Marsha Clark (Steve) and Lisa Dailey. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews; and fifteen great-nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, a gathering of family and friends will be held in 2021.
