We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2019, at the age of 79, Thelma Launer (Keizer, Oregon), born in Stidham, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harmon Milligan and Leota Milligan; her husband Don Launer; her daughters, Linda Schuknecht (Gary) of Nampa, ID, Terri Cornthwaite (Don) of Salem, OR and Diane Osborn (Phil) of Dallas, OR; and her siblings, Mark Milligan and Joyce Bennett. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
