She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hoppe and Mildred Hoppe; her brother John "Jack" Hoppe; and her grandson Colton Wood. She is survived by: her children, William Sheppard Jr. (Virginia) and Linda Woods (Gary); and her sister-in-law Mary Anne Hoppe. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
