He was predeceased by: his siblings, Claude, Juanita and Carol; and his son Gary Lance. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Don Elize and Janet; his granddaughter Amanda; his siblings, Mel Arlene, Barbara, Rosie Ken and Ellen; and also Athlete. He is also survived by his grandfather, his mother, father, stepfather.
