He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom, Elizabeth McCoy, Joe and Rosemary Motta; his aunt Mary Anne Lee (Motta); and his uncle John Motta.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hickman; his parents, Bill Motta and Jackie Motta; his brother Jacob; and his daughters, Bailey, Breanne and Izzy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
