She was predeceased by: her sister Rosemarie Sellers; and her parents, George Jeys and Florence Jeys. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cox of Keizer, David Carmichael (Lisa) of Snohomish, Tina Campbell (John) of Tequesta, Florida and John Carmichael of Keizer, Oregon; her husband Tom Carmichael of Keizer, Oregon; and her brother Harry "Bud" Jeys of Eugene, Oregon. She is also survived by siblings' children.
In light of COVID-19, a celebration of Janet's life will be held by Zoom on August 8, 2020, at 4:00 p. m. PST.
