He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Adams of Keizer and Evelyn Adams of Keizer; his wife Joanne; and his sons, Mark, Lisa and Dennette. He is also survived by three grandsons, two granddaughters, one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter.
