It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Kominek (Keizer, Oregon), born in David City, Nebraska, who passed away on February 21, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bohumil Kominek and Florence Kominek (Burda); and his brothers, Dennis and David. He is survived by: his significant other Mike Love; his stepsons, Joshua and Joseph Love (Christina); his grandchildren, Cami Mack and Scout Love; his sister-in-law Gail Kominek; his niece Brandi Kominek Judd (Daryl) of Eugene; and his nephews, Eric (Anacka) and Chad Kominek of Mooresville, NC. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Willamette Valley Hospice or charity of choice.
