He is survived by: his sister Brenda Valley (Paul) of Bremerton; his children, Christina Fleming (Ewan) of Tain and Anthony Hicks (Jesseka) of Salem, Oregon.; his significant other Dianna Hicks (Brecht) of Keizer, Oregon.; and his daughter Annette "Sissy" Ford.
