He is survived by: his wife Frances Parks; his children, Vern Parks of Salem Oregon, Dale Parks (Cindy) of Eugene Oregon, Cliff Parks (Cheryl) of Peoria Illinois and Carla Rodzaj (Bob) of Mt. Pleasant; and his sister-in-law Jackie McGuire (Gene) of Independence Oregon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great Grandchildren, 2 great great Grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
