She is survived by: her children, Rex Orville Mullins, Deborah Kaye Mullins Heckle (Alan) and Jeff Alan Mullins (Tamara); and her grandchildren, Theresa, MaeLynne, Donikka, Nicole, Cody, Sierra, Logann, Spencer, Shane and Justin. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
