He is survived by: his mother Marlene McDowell (Teeney); his children, Alysa McDowell and Austin McDowell; his siblings, Monica Karcher (Bill) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Marcie Teeney of Joseph, OR, Misty Beckman of Joseph, OR and Matthew McDowell (Amber) of Enterprise, OR; and his aunts and uncles, Mitch, Virginia Teeney, Dave and Lorraine Teeney.
