He was predeceased by: his parents, Myra Dean and Carsten (Chris). He is survived by: his wife Nondas; his children, Chandra (Jeremy), Ashley (John) and Kirk (Jamie); his grandchildren, Ethan, Carsten, Cameron, Avonlee, Shayla, Andrew and Ivy; and his friend Jerry Larson. He is also survived by other friends and family.
