She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Brooksby and Afton Brooksby (Ford); her spouse Blair Carpenter Sept; and her sisters, Shannon Smith and Arcola Brooksby.
She is survived by: her children, Rozanne Mullin (Allan), Doug (Darla), Merrily Hatton (Gary), Christy Crutchfield (Alan), James (Angel), Rodney (Rachel) and Nathan (Marissa); and her siblings, Brant, Wade, Greg and Launa Spendlove. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
