He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Blakeston Knowles. He is survived by: his mother Sally Gregory Knowles; his wife Jessica; his sons, Charley, Jack and Cody; his brother Trevor; and his sister-in-law Jena. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and an abundance of friends.
