He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Judy Swigart and Ilene Blair; his brother Jack Blair; and his nephew Lorne Nash IV. He is survived by: his parents, Sheryl Collis (Swigart) and Brian Blair Sr. Robert; his son Brian Jr.; his siblings, Brian Blair Jr., Joshua Blair (Sara), Jacob Blair (Davena) and Ashley Blair; his nieces and nephews, Abby, Lily, Sage and Jackson; his grandparents, Randy, Cecilia Swigart and Jack Blair; and his partner's daughter Bella. He is also survived by the youngest of four brothers and one sister.
