Harlan Neal Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021, at the age of 84, Harlan Neal of Jefferson, Oregon, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harlan Neal to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Victor and Minnie Josephine Neal (Lindquist); and his brother Randall Joseph Neal. He is survived by: his son Robert Ray; his wife Inez; his daughter Lori Ann Norton (Russ); his grandsons, AJ (Sharaya) and Jacob Norton (Aleha); and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Austin, Elsa, Asher, Londyn and Nora. He is also survived by His wife, daughter, grandsons, and great-grandchildren.
