He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Black and Nadine Barker. He is survived by : his wife Peggy Black of Jefferson; his children, Tiffani Kealiher (Jeremiah) of Independence and Paula White of Jefferson; his cousin Brenda Graber of Sweet Home; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brandon, Nicolas and Mercy.
