He was predeceased by: his father Leroy "Rocky" Proctor. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Proctor (Hale); his former wife Brenda Pourier; his children, Holli Clucas (Joel), Wendi Proctor and Russell Proctor; his grandchildren, Cole Clucas, Jaycie Perry, Andrew Byres and Sydnee Byres; his great grandchild Eden Perry; and his siblings, Patricia Smith (Karl), Mike Proctor (Kay), Mary Ann Munkers (Barry) and Theresa Proctor-Reece. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
