We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Robert Kiggins (Independence, Oregon). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his brother John Kiggins (Paulette); his daughters, Starla Colwell (Kevin) of Benson, AZ, Shelly Owens (Mark) of Cochise, AZ and Shannon Patterson (Robert) of Independence; and his parents, John Frederick and Irma Mae Kiggins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and four grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any contributions be made to Willamette Valley Hospice in Salem.
