She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donald and Dorothy VanKampen (Westrom) of Virginia; and her husband Lee Alan Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Graff (Daniel); her grandchildren, Priscila, Jonathan and Abigail; her son Nathan Phillips (Bouchra); her grandchildren, Yassmina and Rayan of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; her son Andrew Phillips of Independence, Oregon; and her siblings, Nita Newing (James), Carolyn Samworth (Herbert), Sylvia Walters (Charles), J. Daniel VanKampen (Nina) and Sharon "Shari" Swan (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
No flowers are requested, but a memorial fund will be posted once available.
