He was predeceased by: his parents, Finney Dugger and Mary Dugger; and his daughters, Gayle Dick and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Abbye Freeman; his son Tracy; his son-in-law Wendell Dick; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mackenzie Dick, Jimmie and Billy Helfrich.
