He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Austin Locke and Nona Locke; his wife Joan Kathlyn Matson; his children, Wayne Sr. of Tenessee, Michael of Washington, Ruth (Jody) of Monmouth and Sarah (Kelly) of Monmouth; his grandsons, Wayne Jr. (Kaylen), Kenny (Shanna) and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Keely, Kyann and Lincoln.
