It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Kosko (Independence, Oregon), born in Auburn, Washington, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Christopher Thomas and Jennifer Lee; her grandchildren, Alec, Julian, Ayla (James), Cecilia and Austin; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Carter; her daughter Elizabeth Ann; her parents, Lee Wheelock and Marian Wheelock (Streeper); her brothers, Mark and Warren; and her husband Kenneth Andrew Kosko.
