He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Minyard (Jack), Kay Hedlund, Lynn Ham (Nick), Peggy Jones (Don) and Fay Johnston (Bob). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and extended family.
