She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jasper Roe and Dollie Roe; her husband Russell Batie; and her children, Ronald, Connie (Arthur Ortega), Shirley (Jesus Estrada), Richard (Audelia Vasquez) and Kathy (Vern Myers). She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
