She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maxine Thelma Elliott and Charles Oliver Thrasher; her brother-in-law Larry Deters; her sister Lucinda Tuttle (Cindy); her nieces, Kristin Mills (Krissy), Amy Schotthoefer and Sarah DeHoyos; her husbands, Bill Carr and Bob King; and her sister Elizabeth Deters (Beth). She was also cherished by five great-nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in Charline's honor to First Baptist Church in Independence.
