He is survived by: his mother Debra Duckett (Frazier); his wife Andrea Sauers; his children, Tracer, Tylar, Debra, Brandi and J. D.; his sister Missy Aho (Chris) of Sandy, OR; his aunts and uncles, Deb Shane Horrell, Georgia Boethin, Jack, Georgia Shaffer, Rick and Tammy Frazier; and also Rex Mitchell of Elgin, OR. He is also survived by 1 grandson; 2 nieces and 2 nephews and 1 great niece.
