He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Falk (Karen) and Jim Falk; and his children, Melvin Falk (Hazel), Lynette Galloway (Richard), Anita Eoff, Michael Falk (Wendy), Robert Falk, Kayte Hoogstraten (Kees) and Dr. Donita Falk-Torres. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
